ONE Bangkok has been open since late 2024, and while the development is still growing, what's already in place makes it one of the most impressive additions to Bangkok in years. Spanning a prime stretch between Wireless Road and Lumphini Park, with a direct connection to MRT Lumphini Station, it combines hundreds of shops and restaurants with two luxury hotels, green public spaces, entertainment and8 plenty of art and culture.

Shopping

Shopping is split across two zones, with a third on the way. Parade is the bigger of the two, with international and local brands, food halls and pop-up concepts that rotate regularly. The Storeys is more curated, home to designer flagship stores and independent boutiques across multiple floors.

The standout for food lovers is Thailand's first Mitsukoshi Depachika, a Japanese food hall and supermarket modelled on the legendary basement food floors of Tokyo's department stores, stocking everything from wagyu and sashimi to freshly baked Japanese pastries. Post 1928, the development's dedicated luxury retail section, is also expected to open in a future phase.

Hotels

As for hotels, two of the five planned luxury hotels are now open. The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok occupies one of the towers and marks the brand's first property in the Thai capital.

Meanwhile, Andaz One Bangkok brings Hyatt's lifestyle brand to the development with a more contemporary look. Both are connected to the retail and dining areas, making it easy to step from your room into the rest of the complex.

ONE Bangkok hasn’t overlooked arts and culture either. The Wireless House, a standalone venue within the complex, hosts rotating art exhibitions and cultural events, while a public art collection is installed across the grounds with pieces by both Thai and international artists.

On the entertainment side, One Ultra Screens on the fifth floor of The Storeys offers a cinema experience that features personal butlers, private lounges and six screening rooms. The complex also hosts live performances and events throughout the year, with open-air concert spaces and a calendar that runs year-round.

Getting there

ONE Bangkok is on Wireless Road in the Lumphini district, directly connected to MRT Lumphini Station and right beside Lumphini Park, which makes it easy to pair a few hours of shopping with a walk through the city's biggest green space. The development is still expanding, with additional phases, hotels and retail expected over the coming years.
